A. All types of branded merchandise except perishable goods.

Q. Does dexical warehouse goods ?

A. Yes, we take orders, warehouse them until we have them
packed, marked and ready for shipment.
We don’t however keep stock of goods over order quantities.

Q. Do I charge the customers directly ?

A. No, dexical is the buyer and charges the customers directly.
We buy the goods from the supplier.

Q. How do I ship to dexical ?

A. We have inbound receiving in Brisbane for LTL or FTL or SPD Gold Coast in Australia.
In the USA we receive into Florence, Kentucky, for parcel and pallet LTL or FTL deliveries.
Before supplier shipping we advise how you should quote your pricing depending on destination.

Q. Do you accept backorders ?

A. No, you can ship the total order or nothing. Unless an order change has been
made, the whole order must be shipped. Talk to your dexical buyer.
